Earth-cake, called: bánh chưng (rectangular) and bánh tét (circular) in Vietnamese, is a tightly packed sticky rice with fragrant mung bean filling wrapped in banana leaves. This cake is symbolically connected with Tết and is essential for any Tết celebration.
We will gather outside of Solidty Kitchen and Dining hall at 9am for songs and introduction to the day. Welcome!
