Dear Friends,
Please join us for our annual New Year's Eve Day of Mindfulness. We will gather in the Ocean of Peace Meditation Hall to Thay's New Year's Eve Dharma Talk.
3:30pm Dharma Talk
5:30pm Dinner followed by Be-In with offering of music and poems etc.
9:30 pm Deep Relaxation
11 pm Candlelight walking
11:30 pm Sitting Meditation and Welcoming the New Year
Dinner is Potluck, so please bring a vegetarian/vegan dish or desert.
This evening of Mindfulness takes place during our Holiday Retreat - Let Love and Be Love.
