Please come and join us for this Day of Mindfulness. We will start to gather inside the Big Meditation Hall (the Ocean of Peace Meditation Hall) at 8:45 am. We hope you are able to participate in all the scheduled activities this day:

 

9:00 am DVD Dharma Talk with our Teacher Thay

Walking Meditation (ending in Clarity Hamlet)

Dharma Sharing in Clarity Hamlet
12:30 pm Lunch in silence in Clarity Hamlet

 

Note that all Days of Mindfulness are open to the public, and there is no need for registration. Please come early so that you are settled in the hall when the Dharma Talk starts at 9:00 am. You are welcome to leave a donation at your own discretion.
