Please come and join us for this Day of Mindfulness. We will start to gather inside the Big Meditation Hall (the Ocean of Peace Meditation Hall) at 8:45 am. We hope you are able to participate in all the scheduled activities this day:

Note that all Days of Mindfulness are open to the public, and there is no need for registration. Please come early so that you are settled in the hall when the Dharma Talk starts at 9:00 am.
