Deer Park has made the commitment to power our monastery with 100% solar energy.
At the direction of our teacher, Deer Park Monastery is engaging the problem of global warming. We are developing a clean, non-polluting solar energy system at Deer Park. We wish to invite you to join in this effort by contributing to our Go Solar! project. Construction began in October 2007. We urgently need your help to finance this wonderful project that will bring hope and joy to many people and benefit our planet and future generations.
