| Besides the special retreats, throughout most of the year, we also have Weekends of Mindfulness, which begin Friday afternoon and end on Sunday afternoon. Friends stay with us and participate in most of the activities of the community: sitting, walking, working, eating, including attending some dharma classes. These retreats are a wonderful way for you to take a break and to refresh yourself – a “treat”. One can just leave from work and arrive to a peaceful environment with supportive friends practicing mindfulness. |
