We are happy to share that the monastery will be offering a children’s program on the first and third Sundays of the month. Families can drop off their young ones between the ages 6 and 12 after walking meditation in front of the Big Meditation Hall and pick them up before lunch.
We look forward to caring and enriching the precious freshness of these little flowers with songs, games, art activities, meditation and nature walks.
On these days, we offer a children’s program for children aged 6-12 so that parents may fully participate in the activities. However, if these Sundays coincide with holidays such as the Lunar New Year or with our 5-day retreats, then we will not have a children’s program on those Sundays. Although there are no fees, we would like to ask you to preregister to ensure that we have a better ratio between the adults and children in the program.

The Children’s Program is available on the 1st and 3rd Sundays.
Good afternoon, we would like to have our kids experience this program and we’re trying to register for April16 but dates not available on the form. Does the program skip a month? Thank you for you help and for offering this experience!
Apologies for the confusion. We won’t hold a Day of Mindfulness at the monastery on Sunday this week because of the Music Festival. Maybe you can come on Saturday.
Hello! We just registered our 6 yr old boys for the children’s program for sunday 7/2/23, I was wondering if parents can also join for part of the program?

Hello. July 16th was not yet an option on the dropdown. I think it hasn’t been updated yet. We just registered under July 2nd and noted it was for July 16th. Hope this is okay. Please let me know if you want me to wait and resubmit. I believe we were supposed to be able to register today.
