The annual Family Retreat and annual Teen Camp are two of our more popular retreats. These retreats do fill up and we want everyone to have the opportunity to attend. Registration dates are coming up soon, so mark your calendar.
Family Retreat – June 21 to 25
In order to reach as many folks as possible, there are two registration dates for the Family Retreat. On the two registration dates, we will release 50% of our accommodations. Based on past experience, these will both fill very quickly. The number of 3-bed and 6-bed dorms are limited, so if you want to increase your chances then register for camping. We recommend you create an account on our website before the registration date; this is a required step.
Family Retreat Registration opens at 12 noon (PDT) on both Friday, March 24 and Saturday, March 25
Teen Camp – July 5 to 9
For this retreat, teens join monastics in camping at Deer Park Monastery. A special village is created in the main campground and in the Clarity oak grove. Teens from ages 13-17 practice mindfulness in nature with other teens. Only teenagers and monastics.

I am very interested in sending my kids to the teen retreat. Can you please help me with the following questions:
-Can they share a room if they belong to the same family or sleep on the same area?
-What is the cost of the teen retreat?

For the Teen Camp, the teens will be camping in our tents. The teens are separated by gender for camping but you can make a request when the date nears for any special accommodation requests. Email office@deerparkmonastery.org. The cost is $160 per teen.
