Mindfulness, Sustainable Design, Green Building and Collaborative Construction

Presentation by Ed Earl, Principal of Priority One Projects, at a straw bale workshop for the nunnery construction project at Deer Park Monastery, founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. Combining the mindfulness practices of meditation with the concepts of sustainable design and straw bale green building methods, Earl has created a new approach to project management he terms “Collaborative Construction” which is based on open communication, trust and shared objectives.
