Happiness Is Here and Now: Engaged Mindfulness in a Complex and Changing World
In this talk senior monastic Dharma teachers of scholar, poet, peace activist, and Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Tradition teach us that there is no way to happiness, happiness is the way. We learn how to balance the complex demands placed on us by our family, school, workplace, and society with applied mindfulness practices like mindful breathing, walking, and eating.

There Is No Way To Happiness, Happiness Is the Way: A Deep Dive into Engaged Mindfulness
Senior monastic Dharma teachers in Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village Tradition from Deer Park Monastery in California will provide a meaningful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others. Over the course of two days, participants will engage in guided meditations, mindful movement, mindful eating, contemplative practices, and interactive discussions.
