Dear Friends,

We have a wonderful opportunity to deepen our mindfulness practice, amid the natural beauty of Alaska.  Seven nuns from Deer Park Monastery will be traveling to Alaska to lead a Mindfulness Retreat along with Alaska Dharma Teachers, Diane Little Eagle & Joe Spaeder. 

Join us for four days of teachings, mindful breathing, walking in nature, total relaxation, deep listening, and Dharma circle sharing. 

The retreat will be held at Birchwood Camp in Chugiak, Alaska (just outside Anchorage) and will run Thursday 4 PM to SUN 1:30 PM.
