The Sierra Nevada Mindful Backpacking Retreat took place July 17-23, 2022 in the Golden Trout Wilderness area on the Eastern side of the Sierra Nevada mountains in California. The retreat included dharma talks, dharma sharing, mindful eating, and mindful walking.
