Hear What Students Say

Thank you so much for this wonderful experience of mindfulness. This is probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had throughout my Dartmouth career that is beneficial for lifetime.

“Thank you so much for visiting campus last week, and sharing your joy, insights, and practices with us. I learned so much about what it means to really be alive, and I really appreciated our sharing circles, where everyone was so valued. Your presence brought an amazing sense of comfort, and has given me a much better sense of how I can allow mindfulness to improve my life.”

“I can’t believe how awesome the retreat was! The mindful walk around the green was the first time I have felt apart of such a collective! I have never been to a march or a protest, but I imagine that is how it feels.”

I felt so much lighter and freer than I did just moments before because I realized that I could shift my anger and frustration into much more positive feelings, such as gratitude and empathy.
