The 40 Tenets of Plum Village with Thầy Pháp Lưu
Dear friends,
In tonight’s class Thay Phap Luu will discuss the 30th tenet. The 30th Tenet: “A dharma is not a thing, an entity, but a process, an event and above all an object of mind.”
Following tonight’s class, we will be taking a break from the series and will resume sometime in spring.
This class is based on a book written by our teacher called “Làng Mai nhìn núi Thứu” or “Plum Village Looks at Vulture’s Peak” (an English translation is currently in progress but not yet available). The book describes the essential characteristics of Plum Village practice and teachings. For an English translation of the tenets themselves, follow this link.
