Vietnamese Day of Mindfulness: Mở Lối Yêu Thương
October 1, 2017
9:00 am to 4:00 pm
We invite you to join us for this Day of Mindfulness, as we learn how to come back to ourselves and live with awareness and clarity, helping to bring about peace, reconciliation, healing, and happiness for ourselves, our families, society, and the world. Our Dharma teachers will offer teachings on mindfulness as well as lead us in walking meditation, sitting meditation, deep relaxation, and the practices of deep listening and loving speech.

We welcome the participation of people from all backgrounds–including those new to mindfulness practice; those who are currently practioners; and families with children. The event will be led in Vietnamese however those who need English translation can be assisted. Young people with Vietnamese roots are especially encouraged to attend.
