2016 Viet Wake Up Tour Southern California


The North American Viet Wake Up Tour 2016 is coming to southern California with two events:
1) April 6, 2016: Public Talk at Westminster Community Center
2) April 7 to 10, 2016: 4-day retreat for young Vietnamese American

Viet Wake Up Tour is tailored for young Vietnamese American.

1) Public Talk at Westminster Community Center

Join the monks and nuns of Plum Village for a night of peace and happiness where you will have opportunities to learn more about mindfulness meditation, how to find peace in a stressed out and digitally dependent culture.

The English speaking event will be from 7:00 – 9:00 pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at:

2) 2016 Viet Wake Up Retreat in Wrightwood
For young Vietnamese American (17-38 years old) in Wrightwood, CA from April 7 to April 10. The retreat will be conducted primarily in English.

The Wake Up retreat is an opportunity to experience the practice of mindfulness, to reconnect with yourself and those around you. It is also an occasion to renew and rediscover your spiritual and ancestral roots.
