    Hello!
    How are you?
I have a question regarding the children’s program.
Theres no specifications of child age.
    I have two kids, 4 and 2..
Is it too young to bring for the program?
    Thanks
    Tenzin

    • Hi Tenzin,
Thank you for your interest in the children’s program. While our program is for children of ages 6-12, we do have a toddlers’ room with toys where you are welcome to use during your day visit at our monastery.
      Hope to see you,
      -Sr. Man Nghiem

  2. Hi,
We are interested about the children’s program.
We want my kids to involved.
Do we need to enroll or just visit on that day?
    Thanks!
    Minh.

Please simply join us on the days when we have a children’s program – no advance notification required.

  3. Greetings – we have an upcoming vacation and hope to make it to the 21 August visit. The 7 year old member of our family, experiences Sensory Processing Disorder, which makes it tough for him to sit still and sometimes be quiet. We both would love to visit but wanted to check in first.

    Thank you,
    Kiki

    • Sr. Brightness says:

      Hi Kiki,

Why yes, by all means, come visit us! We normally have some outdoor games and some indoor activities within the morning so hopefully it won’t be too tough. We try our best to offer a balance so that the children can still be active children and have spoonfuls of quiet so that it isn’t too challenging for any one child. If he should feel uncomfortable at any given time, he can just let one of the monastics in the group know and we’ll do our best to help in any way we can.
We look forward to your visit!

  4. Hello- I’m planning on bringing my son for the children’s program on 11/6. I’d also like to go the adult program that day. Is this possible? The children’s program starts at 10 but I see the adult one begins at 8:45.
Lastly, do we bring our own lunch? Or can we pay for food at your facility?

    • Chân Lưu Phong says:

Your family can enjoy the 9 am activity together. At 10 am your children can go to the Children program. Buffet style lunch is provided at no cost but dana (donation) is greatly apprecieated.

  5. Hello, Thank you so much for offering this to the public. We would love to take part this Sunday and wondered if it would be possible to leave the grounds by 2pm to make a prior commitment. Many thanks.
