Brother Đạo Sơn
A monastic in the Plum Village tradition, originally from France. Born in 1988, Bother Dao Son entered monastic training in 2015 at the age of 31. He received the novice precepts on December 1, 2015, at Plum Village France with the Dharma name Deepening Practice of the Heart and the Dharma title Chân Trời Đạo Sơn. He belongs to the Cây Đan Mộc (Red Wood Tree) ordination family.
He received full ordination as a bhikshu on February 22, 2019, during the Great Ordination Ceremony Bây Giờ – Ở Đây (Now – Here) at Plum Village France.
He is the 936th monastic disciple of Thầy in the Plum Village tradition, the 43rd generation in the Lâm Tế (Linji) Zen lineage, and the 9th generation of the Liễu Quán Dharma branch.
