Brother Nhất Trì

Nhat Tri small

A monastic in the Plum Village tradition, born in 1992. He received the novice precepts on October 6, 2024, at Deer Park Monastery with the Dharma name Guiding Light of the Source and the Dharma title Chân Nhất Trì. He belongs to the Cây Tử Đinh Hương (Lilac Tree) ordination family and is the 86th disciple of the third generation of Plum Village monastics.

He is the 44th generation in the Lâm Tế (Linji) Zen lineage and the 10th generation of the Liễu Quán Dharma branch.
