Drops of Emptiness | Sister Truc Nghiem

In this deeply personal and heartfelt Dharma talk, a monastic sister in the Plum Village tradition shares her journey of healing through mindfulness, vulnerability, and the practice of stopping. Drawing from her own experiences with depression, trauma, and physical illness, she reflects on the power of breathing, walking meditation, and listening deeply to transform suffering into insight. Through poetry, stories of practice, and touching memories of Thầy, she invites us to return to the present moment and discover the “drops of emptiness” that nourish peace and clarity. This talk is a call to remember our aspiration, embrace our human fragility, and begin anew—again and again.
