Community Work Day
December 2, 2023 @ 8:30 am – 2:00 pm PST
Please join us in supporting with monastery projects and upkeep. Skills welcome but not necessary. Please complete the RSVP below so we know you are coming.
We ask that participants please wear closed-toe shoes and to follow our dress code by wearing pants that cover your knees and sleeves that cover your shoulders. If you have them, please bring work gloves, safety glasses, earplugs, and a facemask for dust.
Some work will be outdoors, so please bring a water bottle. You may also wish to wear sunscreen and to bring a sunhat.
Kindly plan to arrive by 8:30 AM as we would like to start promptly at 9 AM. We invite you to stay for lunch. The work day will end with the conclusion of lunchtime and washing up, around 1:30 or 2 PM.

My husband and I would like to participate in the community work day on Dec 2, 3024. Would we be able to stay in our 25 foot pickup camper in your parking lot the night before which would be December 1, 2024? Also, would I be able to do morning meditation with the monks and nuns on December 2nd?
