We are back with an online day of mindfulness. Please join us for all three activities if you are able. We begin with a guided meditation from the Ocean of Meditation Hall, followed by walking meditation as we practice together in nature, and then a dharma talk by Sư Cô Trúc Nghiêm (use the Zoom links to receive language translation).
As a reminder, Daylight Savings Time begins on Sunday when we turn our clocks forward an hour. Activity times are Pacific daylight time zone.
