Day of Mindfulness
We welcome you to join us for this day of practice. We will participate in walking meditation, listen to a Dharma talk by Brother Mãn Tuệ (in English) and recite the Five Mindfulness Trainings. We will also offer a Children’s Program during the talk and recitation ceremony, for kids ages 6 and up. Advance registration requested. This event is In-Person and requires advance registration.
